3 rear ends in less then 2 years I bought the parts they did yhe install my part failed so I get it it was a Yukon dura grip dif it grenade from a doughnut on the tarmac Yukon did nothing for the part replacement so I called the friendly guys at premier west they said if I used the parts they provided id get a 1 year parts amd labor warranty 10 months in the ring and pinion chewed itself to pieces I called them they said they have never seen this and it was impossible I never did any more burnouts on the asphalt since this repair they denied the warranty so I gave them my vehicle warranty info to make a claim so they would get paid to fix what should have been covered by them I got to thinking and decided to order a brand new complete different housing and opted to upgrade from the limited slip they previously installed and at the end of it I was still out of pocket alot obviously I chose to buy a new rear end and also upgraded the axels to chromoly sticks wanting to avoid another failure after 9 weeks i called to find out the status on the claim and the parts that were supposed to be ordered and they weren't i called my warranty company to check on the claim and they informed me there was never a claim so I waited for over two months to try and getvthe repairs mind you im without my truck i have a motorcycle but thats not the point I was frustrated to say the least so 5 more callesbto premier and it was finally sorted out and ended up with more money out of my pocket again I then get told that they have all the parts and that they are the correct parts so I had the new axelsband rear housing delivered to them it arrived 2 hours late unfortunately so it was not completed that same day as promised I understand tho it arrived late I was told that they had a guy working over time ans it would get completed that night fast forward to the next business day and I am call to find out it was never even touched still more headaches and more frustrating calls to a guy with a mouth that showed no concern for the situation was in so 4 mode days and im told I can pick up the rear end completed by end of day when time was close I received my first call from them without me calling them ti tell me the air locker leaked and they woukd have to special order the part under warranty and it would be another couple of weeks I asked if it areas drivable in the mean time and offered to take a Crack at soldering the copper tube and they said ok if not let them know and they would order the oart I couldn't get the line to stop leaking I git it to where it would work but the compressor had to cycle every few minutes fast forward another 2 weeks and I set an appointment to drive down an hour and a half to get the air locker working properly upon arrival traffic delays had me drive 16 minutes later the the time they opened bumping me up to have to wait for the lift to become available and so I waited all day until around 4 in the afternoon asked for a progress report to find out they hadn't touched my truck yet and they wanted to charge me full pop for the labor a gain I am more the angry at this point he said we have to tear it all the way back down again I asked so if I would have left the rear end here for 2 weeks waiting for the part there would have been no additional charges and he said yes I replied you are doing the same amount of work either way me having to drive out of my way now a second time to get this done and now im going tibe charged even more for them to do the same amount of work its very bad business ive never dealt with anything like this im at a loss for words

I took in my 1979 Jimmy to get a regear and a trutrac in and they did a pretty shitty job. For starters they had charged me for parts they didn’t install and I noticed it after I paid my bill and had to bring it up to their service writer which ended up refunding me. My rear end still has a leak and it never leaked before taking it in. It was still under warranty at the time but they gave me a run around so I just took my loss and left it at that. I had contacted Carlos directly once or twice and he wasn’t much help.

Manuel, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Regarding the leak concern, on 1/6/26 at 2:54pm we instructed you to bring your Jimmy back in so we could properly inspect where the leak was coming from. Since scheduling that appointment, the vehicle was never brought back to us and we did not receive any further communication regarding the issue. As with any warranty concern, we need the vehicle present so we can diagnose and verify the source of the leak. We cannot address or repair something we have not had the opportunity to inspect. You are still welcome to bring your Jimmy in at any time so we can properly inspect it. If the issue falls under warranty, we will absolutely take care of it. I recently brought one of my work trucks there to get a noise diagnosis. I spoke with Miguel directly and he diagnosed my truck and gave me a few options for my differential rebuild.I went with a factory rebuild and now truck is running perfect. Best automotive shop ever . I will never go anywhere else. RUSS and Dave are the best .have been going here now for 8 yrs oil change and alot of other things fix. They are both SUPER nice easy to talk too .

Dropped off my truck at 9am for a diff flush and they did it super quick full synthetic flush in an hour. Shout out the Alec he was super helpful and was able to get it done! Thank you guys
